LiftSphere Fitness Club currently ships orders within the United States only. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that your order must be delivered to a valid United States address.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is generally 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs may vary depending on your delivery address, order size, package weight, and shipping method.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we may provide tracking information after your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete U.S. shipping address at checkout. LiftSphere Fitness Club is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, missing, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us at kylecirillo44@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may request your order number, tracking information, and photographs where applicable to investigate the issue.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another issue caused by the customer, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

No International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States. Orders requiring delivery to international addresses may be cancelled and refunded if accepted in error.
